Investing in the health and safety of your employees can boost the health of your business. Building a team of healthy employees in a safe working environment is essential for long-term organisational success.

A pre-employment medical assessment screens individuals for health factors that could limit their ability to safely perform their job and avoid injury. It is a small investment that can minimise the risk of someone undertaking work when they are not fit to perform that work. Further, a pre-employment medical examination can determine whether a prospective employee is capable of effectively performing certain tasks.

Our GPs consider every client's requirement individually, tailoring well designed pre-employment medicals. Whilst some medicals are legislated (aviation, rail and some mining operations), there is no 'one-size-fits all' approach. This is why we ensure to continually work with our clients to improve and fine-tune our approach.

Why do employees need medicals?

Our assessments can include the following examinations. The list below is not exhaustive. If you do require an examination not listed below, please call or email us and we will arrange this for you.
